Verlag Hermann Schmidt Mainz releases Typodarium 2012 featuring the font Racetrack by Jotopia | Visual Noise. This font is inspired by childhood memories and carrera slot car battles together with dad on christmas eves back in the days. There is a 2D cut as well as a 3D version which allows to build custom racetracks.
Zeixs releases three new design books called Websites 3, Graphic Design 3 and Letterheads & Business Cards 2 featuring about 26 pages full of designs and creations by Jotopia | Visual Noise.

Another parcel – from Australia – containing SemiPermanent 2010, 2nd Edition. “It’s our first hardcover book and is very very cool”, says Andrew from Design is Kinky. There’s nothing more to add and the “Building Jotopia”-illustration made it into the book – side by side to admired artists such as Tara Mc Pherson, Timba Smits and Alex Trochut. By the way, the illustration is the companion piece to “Destroying Jotopia” which was eternalized in the the 1st 2010-Edtion of SemiPermanent. More information in the Publications-area.
Just picked this out of the letter-box: “TypoShirt One”. The book which is published by Index Book from Spain features shirt-designs by Levi’s, Diesel, Billabong, Iriedaily as well as some shirts by Jotopia :-D. More information in the publications-area.
Just received a copy of the Semi-Permanent 2010 book by Design is Kinky from Australia. Besides to the illustrations by very talented and highly skilled artists from “all over this glorious planet of ours” there’s also the “Destroying Jotopia”-illustration which made it into the book… :-D.
